Cheri L. Elson

Certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law, Cheri’s practice emphasizes Estate Planning, Probate, Estate Administration, Conservatorship Law and Special Needs Trusts.

Cheri brings the highest professional standards and deep human compassion to her clients and has a particular passion exploring the issues involved in aging and addressing the changes our society will face as Baby Boomers become seniors.

Cheri is an active leader of the Ventura County Bar Association, having sat on the Board of Directors three separate terms. Cheri also served as the Chair of the Estate Planning & Probate Law Section. Currently, Cheri is the community legal liaison for the Wellness & Caregiver Center of Ventura County, an Alzheimer’s Association Ambassador, and a Board member of the Camarillo Council on Aging.
